Job Description:
- Take Ownership Of Improving The Production Team's Performance By Identifying Areas Of Improvement And Developing Strategies To Address Them
- Guide And Assist The Production Team In Implementing These Strategies Effectively
- Establish And Maintain Reporting Systems To Monitor Progress And Efficacy Of Initiatives, And Collaborate With Other Functional Areas For Cross-functional Success
- Work With Production Supervisors To Identify KPIs For Each Functional Area And Set SMART Goals Based On Them
- Monitor KPIs Regularly, Coach Production Supervisors For Better Performance, And Create New Policies Or Processes To Address Areas Of Concern
- Lead Production Management Team To Ensure Smooth Day-to-day Operations, Identify Urgent Production Issues, And Implement Quick-fix Solutions
- Identify Bottlenecks And Make Necessary Improvements To Achieve Daily Targets, Improve Scheduling, And Execute Annual Plans For Each Functional Area
- Manage Daily Activities And Identify Necessary Improvements For Each Functional Area
- Develop Business Plan And Systems For Engineering Team Collaboration, Set KPIs, And Track Engineering Tasks To Meet Company Objectives
- Manage Maintenance Team For Preventive Maintenance Program, Recommend New Machinery, And Ensure Machine Uptime Is Optimal
- Contribute To Company's Future Direction And Support Strategic Initiatives As A Member Of The Company's Leadership Team
- Monitor And Oversee The Implementation Of The Company Business Plan For Production Functions And Contribute To The Strategic Direction Of The Business
- Promote Quality Standards Throughout The Organization, Introduce Quality Initiatives, And Review Quality Plan And Results For Areas Of Improvement
- Coach Direct Reports To Improve And Manage Quality And Lead Health And Safety Initiatives
- Establish Strong Relationships With All Teams Within The Business, Collaborate Constructively, And Proactively Participate In Performance And Development Conversations
- Behave Professionally At All Times, Reflect The Company's Values And Standards Of Behavior, And Lead By Example
Job Requirements:
- Strong in CI, LEAN, manufacturing excellence, safety, project management, NPI, factory expansion
- Familiar with CAPEX and OPEX
- Has strong leadership and background in leading production, design, engineering, logistics, HR, purchasing, delivery and sales
- Strong technical and engineering understanding
- Transformer product knowledge is a plus point
- Excellent English is a must
