Job Description:
- Identify And Assess High-caliber Talents To Join The Business
- Provide Consultancies To Various Key Stakeholder In The Company On Manpower Planning Needs, Profiling For Relevant Positions As Aligned With Business' Needs
- Capture A Thorough Understanding Of Executive Talents' Wants And Needs, Unlocking Their True Potentials And How They Could Contribute To The Business
- Advising C-suites On External Market Trends, Translating These Trends Into Actionable Plans To Define Recruiting Strategies
- Assisting TA BAU Activities, Involved In End-to-end Recruitment Process, Filling Manpower Fulfilment Across Departments As Needed
Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate shall have the experience in hiring for executive roles with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Candidate must adopt a commercial-minded acumen to attract caliber talents into the company with passion in connecting the gaps between talents and business
- Given
their current recruitment focus on hiring for key executive positions,
candidate with prior background in headhunter would be highly preferred.
