Job Description:
- Reporting To The Managing Director APAC, This Plant Manager Is Going To Be Responsible For Leading The Plant Operations On A Day-to-day Basis
- This Role Is Going To Have Full Capacity In Managing And Coordinating All Support Functions Within The Plant As Well As Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies
- As A Plant Manager For A Start-up Manufacturing Company, You Will Have To Demonstrate The Business Acumen, Drive And Can-do Attitude To Scale Up The Business
Job Requirements:
- Must have minimum 5 years of experience in plant management, especially exposure in multinational packaging/plastic manufacturing company or process manufacturing environment
- Must have a strong entrepreneurial mindset with good hands-on traits
- Proven successful track record in setting up new plan, and has knowledge in running SAP manufacturing
- Possess outstanding project management skills and familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
- Must be someone who has good written and communication in the English
