Job Description:
- Manage Production Operations To Achieve Attainment Of The Production Plan By Implementing The Short-term Fixed Schedule
- Develop And Implement Improved Work Procedures That Enhance Manufacturing Efficiency
- Recommend/implement Capital Equipment Improvements To Enhance The Capacity, Efficiency, And Productivity Of The Means Of Production
- Observe "Good Manufacturing Practices" (GMP)
- Facilitate An Effective Employee/labor Relations Environment Within The Production Unit
- Maintain Appropriate Records And Complete Necessary Reports In A Timely Manner
- Maintain A Safe, Clean Work Area
- Where Applicable, Manage Supporting Warehouse Activities
- Perform Other Duties As Necessary Or Required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in major technical field or Management required, Engineering degree preferred OR equivalent experience
- Minimum of Five (5) years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment required
- People leadership experience required
- Multi shift experience preferred
- TPM/Six Sigma/Lean experience preferred
- Excel experience required
