Job Description:
Currently our client, a well-established brand in the E-Commerce industry is looking for Brand Manager to join their team as descripted below:
- Collect, research, and evaluate supplier information based on the company’s product needs. Create a list of local suppliers and factories that meet the required quantity.
- Review public information to assess supplier backgrounds, conduct initial screenings, communicate via phone or online, arrange visits, negotiate prices, and assist with follow-up details. Ensure suppliers and product samples meet company standards.
- Prepare and summarize price quotes, product information, and price calculations, following company guidelines.
- Learn and support the purchasing process, help with contract signing, payments, and data entry into the internal system.
- Monitor suppliers’ delivery schedules, check product quality upon arrival, and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Job Requirements:
- University graduates or above, Chinese graduate students, and those with Chinese language proficiency who can communicate in everyday
- Great proficiency in Mandarin
- Have at least 1 year of experience in procurement within the retail business.
- Possess good business negotiation and communication skills, strong adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
- Able to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to process data and possess good data analysis skills.
- Demonstrates good professional ethics, flexible thinking, strong logic, and the ability to withstand work pressure.
- Willing to accept overtime and frequent business trips (if needed).
