Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking information on heavy equipment products.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits and features of our equipment.
- Collaborate with the technical team to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of working experience in product consulting, sales, or a related role in Heavy Equipment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in English & Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle client concerns effectively.
