Job Description:
- Plan, Organize And Supervise All Technical Resources For Production Trial Of The Products To Ensure That It Leads To A Reliable Product Within Product Quality And Safety Standards, Requirement And Corporate Guidelines. The Activity Will Be Driven By: Launch / Re-launch Management, Process And Continuous Improvement, And Leading The Process Of Root Cause Analysis Related With Formula
- Organize A Comprehensive Documentation And It Is Relevant Report To Internal And External Standard And Establish Proper Document For Product And Process Development
- Ensure That The Document Is Always Updated
- Drive And Convey All Scaling Up Activities To Ensure That They Will Be Well Informed And Transformed To All Relevant And Interested Function (e.g Operation Management, Technical). With A Right First Time Quality Perspective Result
- Plan, Prepare, Coordinate And Lead The Execution Of Qualification And Validation, As Well As Create And Develop The Report - For RM/PM And Production Processes And Others That Relevant To Process And Product Quality. It's To Ensure That The Parameter Are Within It's Design Specification
- Coordinate With The Relevant Team (Technical Team, Project Team And Other Relevant 3rd Party) To Conduct The New And Improved Tools And Machine Qualification As Well As Provide The Relevant Documentation And Report
- Select Raw Materials Based On Technical Qualification In Order To Get Alternative Selected Supplier Which Meet To Corporate Or Other Relevant Requirements
- Ensure Imported Intermediate Products Can Manage Well
- Conduct And Analyze Whether New Product Development And Product Improvement Process Can Be Done And/or Produced In-house Or Outsource
- To Be Role Model And Manage The Sub Ordinates By Enhancing The Individual And Team Capabilities And Knowledge In Order To Achieve Up To Standard Performance
- Improve And Develop The Sub Ordinate To Be The Expert / Specialist
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor Degree in chemical, industry or pharmacy
- 3-5 years in R&D and Quality Position
- has good analytical thinking, innovative, detailed oriented, driving result
- Has experiences in leading team, leading project E2E
- Technical competencies in Production technology and Project Management
- Good Knowledge in process production
- Good knowledge for cosmetic and medical device product
