Job Description:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Based On Users Insights
2. Capture Insights From Feedback, Experiments, Research, And Data Analysis To Identify Trends And Pinpoint The Drivers Behind Them; Translate These Insights Into Tactical Solutions To Improve Or Develop New Product(s)
3. Responsible For The End-to-end Specific Product Roadmap
4. Work Closely With The Cross-functional Teams (Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Finance, Operation And External Stakeholders) To Define Value Proposition, Product Requirement Documentation, And Go-to-market Strategy.
5. Monitor Product Quality And Ensure Product Is Solving User Journey (product Quality Beyond Bugs/operation Issue)
6. Build Alignment With Cross-functional Teams (marketing, Operations And Finance) To Deliver The Committed Development Plans.
7. Work Closely With Design, Engineering, And Business Unit Team To Establish Lean Product Development Roadmap And Release A Great Quality Of Product
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree In Software Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Or Related Field.
2. 1-3 Years' Experience In E-commerce Or Technology Companies And Mobile Apps Development Or Design Is Preferred, Fresh Graduates Are More Than Welcome To Apply.
3. Have Great Interest In E-commerce Product Development
4. Great English Proficiency (both Oral And Written), Mandarin Proficiency Is A MUST.
5. Has Logical Mind And Data Analysis Ability.
6. Able To Work Under Pressure.
7. Familiar With Axure/PPT/Xmind/Visio.
8. Experience In Salesforce/ Oracle/ SAP/ Dynamics CRM Products Is Preferred.
9. Willing To Be Placed In Kembangan, West Jakarta
