Job Description
• Proposing Product Roadmap Along With The Prioritization.
• Leading Product Development End To End From Ideation To
Release.
• Work Closely With The Cross-functional Department
(business Development, Operations, Finance, External Stakeholders) To Define
Product Value, Create PRD, And Estimate Product ETA.
• Work Closely With The Project Manager And Engineering Team
To Build The Product And Monitor Development.
• Identify And Develop The Opportunity And Gaps In The
Implementation And Set Up The Plan To Achieve The Targets.
• Understand Markets, Competition, And User Requirements In
Depth.
• Develop Solutions To Problems By Collaborating As Needed
Across Teams, Product Areas, And Functions.
• Define And Analyze Metrics That Inform The Success Of
Products
Qualifications
• S1 Graduates From Computer Science/ Engineering/ Math/
Statistics.
• 3-6 Years Of Experience As A Product Manager
• Preference (but Not Mandatory) - Prior Coding Experience
• Have A Genuine Passion For Product-centric Innovation.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Experience Of Going Through A Full Product Lifecycle,
Integrating Partner’s Feedback Into Product Requirements, Driving
Prioritization, And Pre/post-launch Execution.
• Experience In Writing Product Docs, Flow Charts,
Wireframing, POC Validation, Product Market Fit
• Proficiency In Working In A Fast Paced Startup Ecosystem.
• Able To Anticipate And Balance The Needs Of Multiple
Stakeholders.
• Passion To Build Things, Self-driven, High Problem Solving
