What You Will Do:
• Consistently Lead Our Analysts Towards Producing Research
Contents That Will Significantly Assist The Decision-making Process Of Our
Customers
• Create Go-To-Market Strategies And Innovate On Ways To
Best Deliver/package Our Analysis To Clients
• Maintain Product Vision And Ensure End Products Are
Aligned With The Company’s Business Objectives
• Work Hand-in-hand With Non-research Departments Such As
CX, Education And Engagement For Feedback, Innovation And Measurement Of Said
Product
• Manage Organic Content Guidelines, Coordinate With Content
Providers And Be Able To A/B Test Before Pushing Any Strategy To Production
What You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or Higher) In Economics, Finance,
Statistics Or Any Other Related Field
• 2+ Years’ Experience As An Economist, Fixed Income
Research Analyst, Technical Analyst, Investment Manager Or Economics/Financial
Market Journalist
• Understanding Of The Global Economy And What Its Correlation
With The FX Market Is
• Essential - Intermediate Level Knowledge Of Technical
Analysis Is A Plus
• Understanding Of KPI’s, OKR’s And Key Metrics In Measuring
Product Success
• Excellent Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Use
Creative Approaches To Prove Solutions Through Data
• Familiar With Marketing Analytics Tools Such As Google
Analytics, With A Background In SEO Is A Plus
• Excellent Organizing And Presenting Skills
• Fluent In English And Bahasa Indonesia
