- Lead Key Product Initiatives And Act As Coach/ Role Model For More Junior Product Managers - Partner With Senior Management As We Evolve Saham Rakyat And Help Customers Get More Out Of Their Investing Experience. - Product Improvement: Proactively Searching For New Products And Enhancements To Existing Products To Provide A Seamless Customer Experience - Collaborate Across Teams And Contribute Insights, Ideas, And Features Into Crafting A Cohesive Product Roadmap Strategy. - Work With Engineering And UX Teams To Define Product Goals And Deliver Key Features. - Participate In Design And Technical Discussions. - Analyze Data To Create Recommendations And Execute Product Experiments To Improve Key Metrics. - Support Strategic Initiatives Such As Historical Performance Analysis, Market Projections, And Market Research What Do You Need ? - Bachelor Degree In Computer Science (preferred) Or Engineering/ Science With A Reputable University - Min GPA: 3 Out Of 4 - Minimum 3 Years Experience In Product Management / IT Businness Analyst Role With A Reputable Fast-pace Tech Startup/ IT Consulting Company Design For Internet Products And Technologies. - Proven Track Record Of Managing Project End-to-end With Strong Delivery/ Quantifiable Metrics - Proficient In Product Requirements Document (PRD) Writing - Ability In Conducting Requirements Workshop With Business Users - Ability In Leading User Acceptance Test (UAT) - Ability To Drive Product Adoption With Proper Change Management - Good Understanding In IT Incident Management - Proficient In Using Product Management Tools, E.g. Confluence, Jira, Trello, Etc - Experience In Bringing A Consumer Tech Product To Market. - Ability To Provide Clear & Innovative Solutions To Ambiguous Problems. - Excellent Interpersonal, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving And Communication Skills. - Practice Selflessness, Ability To Self-motivate, And Self-organized. - A Knack For Benchmarking And Optimization
