·       Understand Markets, Competition, And User Requirements In Depth

·       Develop New Online Education/inhouse/webinar/workshop Course Until The Completion Together With Learning Designer, Including Auditioning And Managing The Subject Matter Expert (SME), Building The Concept, Supervising The Production And Distribution Of The Course

·       Handling And Implementation Of Learning Management System (LMS) As Platform For Online Course

·       Research And Analysis Of Competitive Landscape, Customers, Product Metrics, And Latest Trends

·       Identify And Fill Product Gaps And Generate New Ideas That Grow Market Share, Improve Customer Experience And Drive Growth

·       Develop A Deep Understanding Of The Needs Of Users, Their Needs Based On Market Insights, User Research And Product Analytics

·       Work Closely With IT, Marketing, HR, And External Stakeholders To Implement New Product Features And Enhancements

·       Find Opportunities To Invent And Simplify Processes And Tools To Drive More Efficient And Agile Workflows

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in learning and development fields (have experience as Product Manager is a plus point)

·       Familiar with Indonesia Edutech Industry

·       Experience in project management and budgeting

·       Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

·      Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

·       Excellence data insights from analytics

·       Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of enthusiasm and motivation

·       Base decision-making process on professionalism, ethics and integrity

·       Willing to work from office located in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.
