Responsibilities *Collaborate With Business Team To Define The Product Strategy And Roadmap *Seek Product Ideas And Feedback, Gather Requirements, Write Specs And Workflows *Maintain Strong Knowledge In Technical And Update Around The Latest Trend In Related Industries *Responsible For The Full Product Cycle, From Conception To Product Launch And Ongoing Product Iteration. *Manage A Team Of Product Owners To Execute Product Backlog. *Help Create And Deliver Technical Content For The Community Such As Documentation, Tutorials, Presentations, And Workshops. *Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders In Support, Marketing, Operations, And Business To Develop Go To Market Strategy, Product Messaging And Training For A Successful Launch. Requirements *Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Software Development Industry, And 2 Years As Product Owner/manager *Independent And Curiosity Attitude Is A Must, You Set Your Own Targets And Always Looking To Learn Something New *Analytical And Data-driven, You Love Digging Into The Data To Understand What’s Happening And Define & Measure Success On Every Project. *Excellent Problem-solving, Organizational, And Analytical Skills *Good In English And Bahasa Indonesia *Good Time Management And Prioritization Skills *Experience In Using An Agile Development Methodology Is A Plus *Good Presentation Skill Is A Plus
