Job Description:
- Design And Conduct Both Qualitative And Quantitative User Research
- Help Define Product Requirements And Success Metrics
- Understand The Problem That The Team/company Wants To Solve And Able To Translate It Into Research Initiative To Help Solve The Problem
- Identify Opportunities For Product Improvement, Using Internal And External Data, And Define Applicable Customer/market Trends
- Continually Monitor Product Performance (feature Usage, Customer Delight, Retention Etc.) And Brainstorm With The Product Management Team On Ways To Improve
- Able To Present Findings To Cross-functional Teams In A Clear And Actionable Way
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 years+ of professional experience in product research,
marketing research, or a similar role
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize
data into actionable insights
- Have a proven track record of designing, executing, and
participating research on user experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and
statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, etc.)
- Experience with qualitative research methods, such as focus groups and ethnographic studies
- Experience with online research tools, such as SurveyMonkey,
Google Consumer Surveys and many others
