Job Description:
- Lead product support and service functions across regions to ensure high-quality technical support and customer satisfaction.
- Drive dealer service development and implement technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and after-sales support.
- Utilize SAP and data analytics to monitor service efficiency and improve decision-making.
- Serve as a strategic advisor in improving technical service systems and operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- 15+ years of experience in heavy equipment principal or similar industry
- Strong strategic planning, technical solution, customer service, and dealer management capabilities
- Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to present clear documentation
- Proficient in MS Office and preferably SAP (min. 3 years of experience)
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities effectively
