Job Description:

A Project Business Development Manager drives company growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and securing contracts for project-based services. They develop strategic sales plans, monitor market trends, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Growth & Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to expand the customer base.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  3. Sales & Negotiation: Develop strategic sales plans, prepare proposals/presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new projects.
  4. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to align strategies with client needs and ensure smooth project execution.
  5. Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and track invoicing to meet corporate goals.
  6. Market Analysis: Research competitor activities and industry developments. 


Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  2. Experience: 3–5 years in lead generation, client relationships, or strategic partnerships.
  3. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and market research tools.
  5. Attributes: Analytical, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
