Job Description:
- To Liaise With Client's Representatives, Consultants And Local Authorities
- To Coordinate Design Development And Prepare Drawings Suitable For Construction, Authority Submission And Tendering
- To Attend Project Related Meetings & Participate Effectively In Technical And Design Discussions
- To Check And Confirm Contractors Shop Drawing And Coordinate With Consultants
- Coordinate Conceptual And Schematic Design, And Detail Working Drawings Including Selection Of Materials
- Conduct Site Inspections To Ensure Design Compliance
- Study And Review Architectural Drawings And Specifications To Ensure Compliance With Employer Design Standards And Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experiences in the same field of work
- Conversant in AutoCAD, 3D, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, Revit, MS Office
- Responsible person with ability to work independently in a team environment
- Familiarity with hotel and residential by-laws and Authority regulations in Bali
- Able to speak English
- Hand sketch skills will be highly regarded
