Job Description:
- Responsible With Business Development, Including Tendering & Contracting For Potential Projects And Coordinating With Potential Clients
- Assisting In Securing Financing With The Financial Director And Preparing The Budget Plan And Cost Control
- Monitoring Construction Progress And Delivery Of The Projects, Overseeing The Project Team. Monitoring Target, Goals, Objective, And Conducting Appraisal
- Organising, Managing, And Developing The Staff And Implementation Of The HR Principles And Policies
- Coordinating The Preparation And Implementation Of Internal Management Systems, Policies And Controls With A Focus On QHSE Systems And Processes
- Responsible For Risk Management Function
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent industry
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Senior Project Management, with portfolio in managing high valued Industrial projects
- Have an excellent understanding in the business process and risk management
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
