Job Description:
- Develop Project Plans, Timelines, And Budgets, And Ensure That Projects Are Executed According To These Plans. Lead And Manage Project Teams (Civil, Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical), Ensuring That Team Members Are Working Collaboratively To Achieve Project Objectives
- Identify Potential Project Risks, Evaluate Their Impact, And Develop Strategies To Mitigate Them. Monitor And Report On Project Progress, Identifying And Addressing Any Issues That Arise
- Manage Project Resources, Including Personnel, Equipment, And Materials, Ensuring That They Are Utilized Efficiently And Effectively
- Develop And Implement Quality Control Procedures To Ensure That All Project Deliverables Meet The Required Standards Of Quality
- Develop And Maintain Strong Relationships With Stakeholders, Including Clients, Vendors, And Team Members. Communicate Project Status, Progress, And Issues To Stakeholders In A Timely And Effective Manner
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in managing complex engineering projects, including design, development, and implementation
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Ability to travel as required to oversee project activities
