This Position Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Long Term Key Customers By Comprehending Their Requirements.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Apt In Collecting And Managing The Project Progress, Coordinating With Internal And External Teams. This Position Will Be Able To Work With Key Account Team To Meet Requirements From The Company And Customers, To Promote Our Company’s Solutions And Achieve Mutual Satisfaction.

The Goal Is To Contribute In Sustaining And Growing Our Business To Achieve Long-term Success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop Trust Relationships With Internal And External Customers And Partners

- Acquire A Thorough Understanding Of Key Customer Needs And Requirements In Specific Project

- Collect Comprehensive Project Information To Management Team For Project Monitoring And Necessary Decisions

- Serve As The Link Of Communication Between Key Customers And Internal Teams

- Report Any Issues And Problems Faced By Customers And Deal With Complaints To Maintain Trust

- Play An Integral Part In Generating New Sales That Will Turn Into Long-lasting Relationships

- Prepare Regular Reports Of Progress And Forecasts To Internal And External Stakeholders using Key Account Metrics

Requirements And Skills:

1. Proven Experience As sales Assistant And Project Management Officer (2-3 Years’ Experience)

2. Experience In Sales And Providing Solutions Based On Key Account Project

3. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With Aptitude In Building Relationships With Professionals Of All Organizational Levels

4. Excellent Excel Skills

5. Ability In Problem-solving And Negotiation

6. BSc/BA In Business Administration, Sales Or Relevant Field

7. Can Join As Soon As Possible

8. Willing To Be Placed In Jakarta Barat
