Job Description:
- Planning And Executing Of Project Management Strategies, Which Includes Design, Construction, And QS.
- Ensure Project Completion Within Scheduled Time, Budget And Quality
- Organize, Coordinate And Review All Architectural And Engineering Designs, Ensure Maximizing The Value Engineering Of The Project
- Direct And Ensure Smooth Coordination Within Project Division (Architects, Engineers, QS), And Other Business Units (permitting, Marketing/hotel Management/Mall Operator)
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture
- inimum 10 years in engineering, architect, or site supervision experience in property development/ construction sector
- At least 5 years or more as a Project Manager for property developer (not contractor) for developing “High Rise Mix-Use” projects, preferrable at least 1 project is “End to End”
- As a Project Manager, must have experience leading all project functions, which include design/architect, engineers and QS.
- Proficient in Architectural and Structural engineering, familiar with principle and knowledge of real estate development related MEP
