Job Description:
- Responsible For Overseeing All Aspects Of Construction Operations, Including HSE Compliance, Project Management, Site Execution, Fabrication/manufacturing, Subcontracting Management, And Contractual Obligations
- Identify And Manage The Necessary Resources, Including Manpower, Equipment, And Materials, Throughout The Entire Project, While Adhering To Budget Constraints
- Develop And Create Construction Schedules And Milestones, And Track Progress Against Established Schedules
- Work Closely With Engineers, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement Teams, And Others To Determine Project Requirements
- Manage Project Administration, Including Cost And Schedule Control, Change Order Management, And Preparation Of Regular Reports (daily, Weekly, And Monthly)
- Establish And Maintain Communication With Clients And Other Companies To Coordinate Technical And Commercial Aspects As Defined In The Contract
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Civil, Engineering, or equivalent industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Project Management, preferably in the oil & gas industry
- Have an excellent understanding of EPC business process and risk management
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
