- Build And Optimize Processes To Prepare Apps Feature Initiatives For Hyper Growth - Execute And Scale Operations And Work With The Operations Team On Devising Detailed Playbooks And Product Integration Execution - Strategy: Explore And Define Which Projects The Team Should Prioritize, And Set A Timeline To Reach Goals Quickly - Build Performance Tracking Systems - Drive Special Projects That Directly Impact Business Objectives And Business Operations Improvements - Be Responsible For The Delivery Of Periodic Consolidation Reports To Both Internal And External Parties - Work Together With Engineers, QC, UI/UX To Ensure Timely Deliverables What Do You Need ? - Minimum 3 Years Of Experience With 2 Years Of Mobile App Experience - Experience In A Tech Company And/or Startup (financial Technology Platform Experience Is A Plus) - Curiosity And Interest In Making An Impact - Ability To Manage People To Meet Deadlines And Deliver High Quality Products - Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills. - Self-motivated And Organized.
