Job Description:
- Develop And Implement Project & Maintenance Procedures And Oversee All Installation And Repair Activities
- Provide Technical Expertise For Projects As A Technical Advisor
- Ensure Compliance With Local Statutory And Regulatory Policies, Procedures, And Regulations
- Oversee Emergency Response Procedures And Ensure Adherence To Safety And Health (WSH) Requirements
- Manage A Team Of Senior Engineers / Technicians To Ensure Efficient Business Operations
- Coordinating With Various Stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management / Facility Management roles in retail industry, preferably with experience in indoor activities or recreational centres
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, trans disciplinary, and decision-making skills
- Display excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Will need to occasionally travel to project site locations
