Job Description:
- Manage All Activities Related To Construction Works For Offices & Buildings From Beginning To The End Including Planning, Execution, Completion, And Delivery
- Ensure That Work Is Completed On Time And Within Budget
- Work With Contractors, Engineers, Architects, And Key Team Members Of The Project Team To Determine And Review The Specifications Of The Project
- Ensure Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations And Codes
- Provide Support And Input To Several Aspects Of Project Process Including Material / Equipment Procurement, Contracts, Budget And Cost Control, Risk Management, And Overall Project Management Of Construction Works
- Monitor And Prepare Reports For All Stakeholders Regarding Project Status And Progress To Ensure Projects Are Going According To Plan Including Schedule, Cost Control, Materials Management, QC
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles, preferably in real estate, commercial, public, industrial, or warehouse construction project
- PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
- Familiar with relevant construction codes, construction procedures, health and safety standards, and management key points of the project
- Familiar with construction and project management software programs
