Job Description:
- Coordinate With Stakeholders Such As Client's Representatives, Consultants, Suppliers, Subcontractors And Manufacturers
- Manage Documentation Related To FF&E, OS&E And Artwork, Including Reviewing And Approving Shop Drawings
- Search For Suppliers, Gather And Assess Quotations, And Negotiate For The Best Prices
- Prepare Contracts And Purchase Orders
- Regularly Inspect Factories To Ensure Compliance With Approved Shop Drawings, Specifications And Employer's Standards
- Attend Related Meetings To Technical And Design Discussions
- Organize Submission And Approval Of Materials
- Assist With Evaluating Monthly Progress Claims
- Create Payment Certificates And Final Accounts
- Conduct Pricing Analysis Of Construction, FF&E And OS&E Tenders And Quotations
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or procurement roles, with experience in luxury residential or hospitality construction projects and handling FF&E and OS&E items
- Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD and Sketch Up would be advantageous
- Responsible person with ability to work independently in a team environment
- Able to communicate in English
