Job Description:
- Responsible For Managing The Commercial And QS Section Including Quantity Surveyors, Cost Controls And Estimators
- Overseeing The Finances Of Projects As It Progresses, Including Progress Claims To Clients And Payment To Sub-contractors And Suppliers
- Involved In Tender Preparation, Bidding, And Negotiating Contracts
- Assessing Risk For All Projects Related Contractual Matters With Clients, Sub-contractors, Suppliers Including Tendering And Resolving Contractual And Commercial Problems
- To Review & Draft Contract, Quotation, Progress Claim For Subcontractors And To Clients
- To Prepare Variation Orders And Final Accounts To Customers, Sub-contractors, Suppliers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Commercial & Contract roles in managerial level, preferably with experience in construction company
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills to develop others
- Excellent negotiation and people management skill
- Knowledgeable with construction contract and the legal framework
- Fluency in English
