• Develop, Implement, And Refine Comprehensive Quality Control Processes For Each Stage Of The Production Lifecycle, From Raw Material Acquisition To Finished Product Assembly.
• Establish Clear Criteria And Benchmarks For Product Quality, Ensuring They Align With Industry Standards And Customer Expectations.
• Conduct Regular And Random Inspections Of Raw Materials, Components, And Finished Products, Utilizing Industry-standard Testing Equipment And Methodologies.
• Collaborate With Third-party Testing Laboratories As Needed To Ensure Accurate And Unbiased Assessment Of Product Quality.
• Work Closely With The Design Team During The Pre-production Phase To Establish Precise Quality Specifications For Each Product.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the fashion industry, with a proven track record of implementing successful quality control programs.
• In-depth understanding of textile and garment manufacturing processes, materials, and industry quality standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues efficiently.
