- Manages NPI Of The Products
- Performing Process Improvement On The Factory Line
- Performing First Article Inspection, Process Audit, Yield Rate Improvement Project
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering and equivalent
- Candidate has experiences working in an EMS
- Candidate has experiences in performing NPI, First Article Inspection, process audit, yield rate improvement project
- Able to provide guidance on factory improvement
- Candidate preferably speaks Mandarin
- Able to speak English well
- Candidate has to have problem solving skills and curious towards the processes
- Has strong learning aptitude
