Job Description:
- Prepare project material budget planning.
- Research and select high-quality, cost-effective suppliers & materials.
- Analyze and estimate additional work needed for clients or subcontractors.
- Ensure accuracy in foreman opname records and project documentation.
- Conduct stock opname of material usage after project completion.
- Maintain safety and health standards within the project scope.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction.
- Male, maximum 35 years old.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and sequencing.
- Experience in factory, manufacturing, or warehouse projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with Japanese company standards is an advantage.
- Knowledge of project management is highly preferred.
