Job Description:
- Responsible For Finding New Materials And Packaging For WIP
- In Charge Of Carrying Out R&D For New Menu Testing
- Improve The Quality Of Product And Refine Recipe Formulation
- Develop Ideas From Food Preparation Processes For Marketing Purposes
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in F&B companies, catering, hotel
- Bachelor's degree related to F&B or hospitality
- A deep understanding of formulating or developing various food or beverage products
- Strong knowledge in Halal, HACCP and related regulations
- Strong problem-solving, and analytical thinking
- Excellent English communication skill is a must
