Job Description:
- Oversee And Lead End-to-end Recruitment Department From Strategies To Standard Operation Procedures To Determine The Best Practices Aligned With Business Objectives, Increased Efficiency And Effectiveness
- Monitor Key Recruitment Metrics To Identify And Resolve Issues Affecting Recruiting Procedures
- Supervise, Lead And Provide Overall Guidance To The Recruitment Team
- Evaluate And Assess The Performance Of The Recruitment Activities
- Collaborate With Department Managers/ Hiring Managers Across Different Entities To Forecast Future Hiring Needs And Advise On Manpower Planning
- Ensure The Manpower Planning And Hiring Target Including SLA Is Achieved And Aligned
Job Requirements:
- At least 7-10 years of working experiences in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Proven track record in managing and leading end-to-end recruitment department
- Strong analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
- Experiences working across different industries with strong business acumen to understand different business nature and needs in a fast-paced, growing and matrix organization
- Strong experience in manpower planning and management
- Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and people managerial skills to work collaboratively across different departments and entities
