Job Description:
- End-to-end Recruitment Process
- Maintaining A Healthy Pipeline For Candidates Across Function And Organization
- Managing The Recruitment Team
- Working Closely With Partners Cross Function To Ensure Quality And Reliable Candidates Based On The Job Description And Organization Needs
- Report And Build A Good Relationship With Regional Talent Acquisition
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably from psychology major
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment
- Previous experiences in Start-Up is preferable
