Job Description:
1. Analyze
manpower needs based on Manpower planning
2. Perform recruitment process
(end-to-end) such as create job advertisement, shortlisting potential
candidates, invite candidates, giving psychological assesment and interviewing
candidates
3. Making report about psychological
test and interview result
4. Conducting job fair and campus
hiring events
5. Looking for connection from other
company, school and organization.
6. Supervise Recruitment Staff
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate
must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management
2. At
least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position
3. Having
deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST
4. Good
communication, multitasking and active
5. Placement
in Jakarta Barat
