Job Description:
- Drive, Lead And Manage End-to-end Recruitment Department Especially For Mass Hiring For Commercial Team Such As Sales And Business Development
- Lead And Manage A Team Of Internal Recruiters And Outsourcing Vendors To Ensure Target Is Achieved In Timely Manners
- Strategic Partner To Business As Talent Acquisition Subject Matter Expert To Support Business Objective
Job Requirements:
- Proven strong exposures in end-to-endrecruitment for mass hiring with at least 5+ years of experiences including 3+ years in people managerial role
- Must have experiences in recruting sales/business development
- Proven track record in mass hiring in timely manners or specific timeline
- Experienced in managing outsourcing vendors and other relevant third party vendors
- Strategic and strong analytical skills in managing recruitment process and strategy
- Strong project management skills in managing multiple projects and ensuring to meet target
- Hands-on experience in crafting and driving recruitment initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and experience working with regional team
