Job Description:
- The Trainer’s Expertise In The Material In The Field Of Recruitment Will Be Taught.
- Knowledge Of Learning Theory And Various Teaching Methods.
- Strong Oral Communication Skills To Present Material On Recruitment And Answer Questions
- Have Knowledge About The Topic Of Recruitment Strategy
- Organizational Skills To Track Participants' Work And Present Course Material In A Clear Manner.
- Listening And Observation Skills To Catch Signs That Participants May Fail To Understand The Material.
- Doing Video Shooting For E-Learning.
Job Requirements:
- Experience teaching topics about Recruitment.
- Have knowledge of Recruitment materials.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the industry/field through personal research dll.
- Have the ability to measure and assess training needs.
- Experience as a Trainer or Instructor.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work freelance in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
