Job Description:
- Managing Sales Performance Within Assigned Area (BANDUNG)
- Increasing Revenue And Do The Business Development For Active Store Ratio
- Managing Distributor And Team Under Their Area
- Developing Team Performance
- Maintaining Sell-in, Out, Through Performance And Make Sure The SLA And SOP Done Correctly
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
- Experience in handling MTI or as Regional KAM before
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good leadership skills
