Job Description:
- Possessing managerial skills in managing and providing input at the policy level in the management of Higher Education Institutions.
- Implementing policies from the Foundation's Founder to the Higher Education Institution.
- Monitoring, reviewing, and being responsible for the progress of policy implementation to the Founder and the Foundation's Management.
- Reviewing and periodically monitoring the use of the budget and being accountable to the Foundation's Management.
- Validating documents for the payment process of operational needs of the Higher Education Institution.
- Reviewing and monitoring the process and requirements for the Foundation's annual audit.
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in Higher Education Management (previously held a structural position such as Dean, Vice-Rector, or Rector)
- Holds at least a Master's degree (S2), with a preference for a Doctorate (S3)
- Holds an Academic Functional Position of at least Associate Professor (Lektor Kepala), with a preference for Full Professor
- Has strong integrity, leadership, and capable higher education management skills in organizing and leading teams for the development of the institution
- Understands government regulations on higher education and all its updates
- Proficient in active English, both spoken and written
