Job Description:
- To Meet The Standards For Revenue And Profit By Creating Efficient Relationship Management With The Priority Clients
- By Meeting The Standards Of Excellence In Service By Doing Thorough Analysis And Meeting High Satisfaction Standards For The Client's Personal Finance And Investment Products
- By Cross-selling And Up-selling Wealth Products That Are Offered By The Bank
- Conducting The Sales And Services Activities To The Clients By Meeting The Appropriate Parameters Set By The Bank
- Maintaining High Level Of Quality Service To The Priority Customer By Having Good Attitude And Be The First Point Of Contact When The Customer Has Any Needs Or Issues To Be Resolved
- Building And Deepening Relationship With Existing Clients
- Regular Check-up With The Clients
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as Priority Relationship Managers
- Bachelor's Degree from local/overseas reputable universities
- Must be able to have proven track records in high level of portfolio handled and achievable target revenue
- English is a point plus
- Must have WPPE, WAPERD
