Job Description:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients/investor to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Assisting clients/investor needs and concerns and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Research and book transportation, accommodations, and other travel-related services for business trips or personal vacations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field is typically required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
- Tolerance to alcohol.
- Ability to provide good service in a professional manner to investors/owners.
- Understanding of hotel reservation processes and entertainment venues such as karaoke, golf, restaurants, etc.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
