Job Description:
Currently our client who is a well-established brand in the beauty cosmetics industry is looking for R&D Manager to be located in Cikupa-Tangerang as descripted below:
- Develop new formulations
- Responsible
for the development of skincare product formulation including personal
care, Traditional medicines (OT), and Household Health Supplies (PKRT)
products.
- Lead and develop the R&D team
- Issue
product specifications as required and maintain relevant data throughout
each product’s development.
- Verify
formula reproducibility before initial production run with lab-scale up.
- Responsible
for the formulation process, trial, and validation
- Responsible
for the results of laboratory-scale testing and product development scale
- Maintain adherence to cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practice), and product compliance according to BPOM and other foreign FDAs (for export).
Job Requirements:
- Have
a minimum of 5 years experience in Research & Development in the
Cosmetics industry preferably in skincare and a minimum of 5 years
experience in a management role ( manager/ assistant manager)
- Bachelor's
degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent
- Having
knowledge about formulation, trial, small/ large production process
- Having
knowledge about the registration of cosmetic products, traditional
medicines (OT), and Household Health Supplies (PKRT)
- Understand
Halal certification
