Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

1. HSE Management: Develop and enforce HSE plans in line with Indonesian K3 regulations and ISO 45001 standards.
2. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular hazard identification and risk assessments; implement mitigation strategies.
3. Safety Training: Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized HSE training for all site personnel.
4. Inspections & Audits: Perform routine site inspections, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
5. Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend improvements.
6. Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure availability of first-aid and firefighting equipment.

1. Education: Diploma in HSE, Occupational Safety, or Engineering.
2. Experience: At least 2 years in a construction HSE role.
3. Certifications: AK3 Umum or equivalent; familiarity with OSHA guidelines is a plus.
4. Personal Attributes: Analytical thinker, assertive communicator, and proactive problem-solver.
5. Other: Male preferred, maximum 35 years old.
