Job Description:
- Manage Social Media - News And Product Postings
- All Communication Materials On Products, Activities
- Manage Ecommerce Website Product Information, Advertisement New Product Registration, Artwork And Completion Timeline
- Marketing Material & Collaterals Development For New Product Example, Catalogue, Product Profile, Flyer, Video, Banner, Website Content Etc
- Manage, Plan And Run Events, Activities,training Seminars
- Verify And Approve On The Business Kit Material Such As P&P, Application Form, Price List Etc
- Build, Sustain And Support Relationships With Existing Distributors On Sales, Operations, Products And Compensation Plan
- Generate New Business Leaders Opportunities
- Conduct / Organize Training, Events And Recognition
- Develop, Track And Motivate Goals For Distributors

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Sales & Marketing experience in Direct Selling Company/ MLM Company
- Indonesian with minimum Bachelor Degree from Reputable University
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Proven Track record in Managing Team in Direct Selling Company
