Job Description:
- Develop Strong Industry Networks, Customer Relationships & Strategic Partnerships In The Commercial Building Sector With The Goal Of Closing Deals
- Promote And Strategically The Company's Complete Solution Portfolio Into The Selected Market Segments
- Implement Client Strategies For Both New And Existing Targeted Key Accounts Such As Developers, End Users, Authorities, Consultants, Contractors & Channel Partners
- Responsible In Business Development Expansion, As Well As Introducing Products Or Services To Current And Potential Clients
- Be Responsible For Screening And Qualifying Of New Projects To Build Healthy Strategic Pipelines
- Understand The Key Decision Makers And Customer's Buying Preferences To Develop Winning Pursuit Strategies
Job Requirements:
- This role is based in Jakarta, and we are only looking for Indonesian nationals
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
- The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of working experience in sales and business development in the automation industry
- Have extensive network within commercial building sector, such as apartments, hotels, office buildings, etc
- Being able to foster long term relationships with clients
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a population
