• Manage The Entire Auto Loans Vertical In Indonesia With P&L Accountability
• Building Distribution Channels/ Channel Partners With An Objective To Penetrate Deep Into The Market
• Understand The Market Dynamics And Technological Advancements In The Banking & Finance/Fintech Industry And Build Strategies Around
• Maintaining Retention Margins To Ensure Profitability
• Responsible For Overall Business/Distribution Strategy Function, Driving Key Business Objectives Centrally
• Responsible For Designing All Initiatives Including Rewards & Performance Management System For Business Associates/Channel Partners
• Responsible For Channel Profitability & Strategic Initiatives To Grow The Business
• Developing Effective Relationship Management With The Banks/Financial Institutions
• Monitoring And Reporting On Performance Against Agreed Sales Targets

• Hold Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of proven work experience as as a PnL manager or relevant role
• Deep understanding of the distribution channels/third party sourcing in this financial services industry
• Proven track record in the Financial Services - Tech Space and online marketplace and having a technological bent
• Know how on various logistics of team building & Management
• Exposure to setting up of business models
• Experience of working with Start-Ups and fast paced environment
• A results-driven approach to work in order to meet targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data
• Commercial awareness and a keen interest in business
