1. Monitor and evaluate sales performance against business targets while managing the sales pipeline to ensure target achievement.
2. Analyze dealer performance and market coverage, recommend improvement initiatives, and support dealer development and expansion programs.
3. Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and business analyses to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
4. Conduct sales performance evaluations, identify business issues through data analysis, and propose effective solutions to improve overall sales results.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations and strengthen commercial performance within the heavy equipment business.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Management or a similar role within the heavy equipment, mining, construction, or related industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting, performance monitoring, and business analysis.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
5. Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
