Job Description:

  • Maximise All Sales Opportunities Through B2B Activity Including Regular Outcall Activity As Well As Face To Face Meeting With Customers Regularly
  • Proactively Seek Out To Win New Business For The Company
  • Defend And Grow Existing Revenue Streams Through Excellent Account Management To Build Long Term Relationships
  • Identifying Opportunities To Grow Existing Share By Cross Selling Additional Product Ranges
  • Build Strong Internal Relationships By Working With Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain And Customer Service To Drive Business Objectives
  • Effective Use Of Questioning And Listening Techniques To Understand The Customer's Application Requirements To Maximize Cross Selling Of Full Product Ranges
  • Prepare And Follow Up Sales Quotations To Customers, Prospects And Leads Documenting All Activity In CRM
  • Regular Maintenance Of Accurate Customer Records And Opportunity Management In CRM
  • Operate Effectively Within Current Policies And Procedures Relating To Pricing, Order Entry And Lead Times By Becoming Adept To Using All Of The Company's Systems And Resources
  • Participate In Team Briefings And Ensure Regular Communication With Team Leaders And Other Team Members To Address Issues And Develop A Wider Range Of Skills
  • Participate Enthusiastically In Specific Projects (business Development And Market Research) And Team Activities When Called Upon
  • Attend Trainings And Develop Relevant Knowledge, Techniques And Skills
  • Provide Additional Support For The Inbound Customer Sales & Service Team When Required
  • Develop A Comprehensive Understanding Of The Company's Product Range

Job Requirements:

  • Someone with strong experience and clear track record in catalogue selling for industrial components
  • A wide range of network to various industry segments (electronic, general manufacturing, automotive, oil & gas, furniture, and others) 
  • Discipline to work independently and actively seek out to develop business are strong requirements for this role
