Job Description:
- Identify Potential Business Opportunities Within The BFSI Sector And Convert Them Into Long-term Profitable Partnerships
- Take Ownership In End-to-end Sales Process And Be Responsible Of Revenue Budget
- Ensure A Healthy Sales Pipeline And Implement Sales Strategies To Achieve Sales Objectives Accordingly
- Build New And Nurture Existing Relationships With Clients
- Ensure That Deliverables And Solutions Are Are Submitted And Delivered In A Timely Manner
- Coordinate With Cross-functional Teams Both Within The Country And Regionally To Support Regional Sales Operations Team
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or any relevant fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales roles within the IT industry - experience in colocation will be a plus
- A proven track record in solution selling to BFSI, specifically Major Banks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to speak in Mandarin will be a plus
- Proactive, hands-on and self-starter attitude
