1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
2. Build and maintain business relationships with coal mining companies, mining contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
3. Market and sell heavy equipment products and solutions to meet mining industry requirements.
4. Identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and expand market share.
5. Lead and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
7. Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, sales reports, and monitor sales pipelines.
8. Lead commercial negotiations, prepare business proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Must have sales experience in the coal mining industry, particularly in heavy equipment or mining machinery.
3. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
4. Strong understanding of coal mining operations, mining contractors, mine sites, and mining equipment.
5. Established business networks with coal mining companies, mining contractors, and key decision-makers.
6. Strong skills in sales strategy, key account management, commercial negotiations, and target achievement.
7. Excellent leadership, team management, communication, business analysis, and business development skills.
8. Proficient in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and business proposals. Good command of written and spoken English and willingness to travel.
