Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across Indonesia
- Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team; coach team members to achieve KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Modern Trade (e.g., supermarkets, department stores) and/or General Trade (e.g., traditional retail, distributors)
- Drive national expansion through distribution partnerships, retail programs, and regional initiatives
- Coordinate closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine channel and pricing strategies
- Monitor trade spend, forecasting, and channel profitability
- Represent the brand and products in trade shows, distributor meetings, and key sales events
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the toys, collectibles, or related FMCG industry in Indonesia
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving strong sales results
- Strong knowledge of Modern Trade and/or General Trade channels
- Strong network with local retailers, distributors, and trade partners is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Basic English
- Willing to travel domestically as needed
